Founded by Mathieu Pouletty, MP Global Partners combines an international legal and business background with deep knowledge of the Danish market.
Through an established network of trusted professionals, we help international clients navigate the complexities of doing business in Denmark.
Mathieu Pouletty has lived and worked in Denmark since 2004. Before that he practised law in France, including with KPMG and Deloitte.
He holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Paris XII, completed the Paris Bar Association examinations, and has lectured at EDHEC Business School.
MP Global Partners was founded in 2013 as a Danish private limited company (ApS). Over two decades he has advised international businesses, investors, entrepreneurs and family offices, and has served as board member and director of Danish and international companies.
He also assists with the legal and tax aspects of Danish–French cross-border matters, together with Danish and French lawyers, accountants and tax advisers.
Services
The work covers establishment in Denmark, the governance that follows, and coordination of the advisers a cross-border project needs. The firm does not replace those advisers. It keeps them aligned.

The office is at Amaliegade in Copenhagen. There are no other offices. From here the firm works with Danish–French cross-border matters, and with consulting and coordination on commercial investments in Europe, Asia and North and South America.
In the Middle East, the work is to facilitate specific project investments in Europe. San Gerad leads that work.
