Where we come from
MP Global Partners was founded in 2013 by Mathieu Pouletty as a Danish private limited company (ApS).
Mathieu Pouletty has lived and worked in Denmark since 2004, advising international businesses, investors, entrepreneurs, and family offices on establishing and developing their activities in Denmark. Over the past two decades, he has served as a trusted adviser, board member, and director of numerous Danish and international companies, gaining extensive experience in corporate governance, cross-border business, and strategic coordination.
Before relocating to Denmark, Mathieu practised law in France and worked with leading international firms, including KPMG and Deloitte. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Paris XII, successfully completed the Paris Bar Association examinations, and has also served as a lecturer at EDHEC Business School, one of France's leading business schools.
Drawing on his French legal background and his extensive experience in Denmark, Mathieu regularly assists clients with the legal and tax aspects of Danish-French cross-border matters, working in close coordination with Danish and French lawyers, accountants, and tax advisers to deliver practical and efficient solutions.
Beyond his professional activities, Mathieu has been actively involved in the French and international business community in Denmark for many years. Through his longstanding relationships with businesses, professional organisations, and an extensive network of legal, financial, and corporate advisers, he has become a trusted point of contact for foreign companies and investors seeking to establish and grow their presence in Denmark.
